Electronic cigarettes use a battery to power an atomizer, heating e-liquid to a vaporized state to produce vapor. Their core modules include:
Power Supply System: A lithium battery provides 3.7-4.2V, requiring a protection chip to prevent short circuits;
Atomizer Unit: A nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (resistance 0.5-2.0Ω) heats up when electrically heated, while wicking cotton absorbs e-liquid and transfers it to the heating wire surface;
Control Module: Adjusts power (5-80W) or temperature (100-315℃), affecting vapor density and flavor.
